Blueprint Gaming builds slots around collecting cash symbols, reel modifiers and several kinds of bonus round. Fishin’ Frenzy uses a fisherman to collect tagged fish values. Eye of Horus expands wilds across reels. The Goonies offers separate adventure features. A familiar theme can appear in a standard game, a Megaways edition and a linked-jackpot edition, each with its own rules.
Blueprint’s UK roots and Merkur ownership
The studio was established in 2001 and is based in Newark, United Kingdom. Gauselmann Group, now Merkur Group, acquired a stake in 2008 and took full ownership in 2012. The group’s earlier history is not the founding date of Blueprint itself.
Blueprint supplies online and mobile games as well as land-based machines. Merkur describes its games as available on more than 100,000 machines across the UK, Germany and Italy. That figure counts devices, rather than distinct slot titles or online operators.
Its development business expanded through the acquisition of the London studio Project and the creation of Lucksome. Blueprint also distributes games from Merkur, RTG and other suppliers alongside its own releases. An operator’s provider filter can therefore describe the delivery channel without telling you who created every title in that collection.
Paylines, Megaways and cash collection
Blueprint’s portfolio contains both fixed-payline slots and games with changing numbers of ways. A payline game checks combinations along the paid lines. A ways game checks matching symbols across the relevant neighbouring reels, with the visible reel layout determining the available combinations.
The studio licenses Megaways from Big Time Gaming. This does not give every release the same layout. Fishin’ Frenzy Megaways has up to 15,625 ways, while Return of Kong Megaways reaches 117,649. The larger number describes more position combinations; it is not a count of prizes that each spin must pay.
Cash collection is another layer. Values displayed on fish, coins or other symbols may need a collector before they are paid. Counting cash symbols alone can overstate the win. The calculation of Megaways combinations also explains why the headline ways figure does not measure the chance of landing that collector.
Fishin’ Frenzy Megaways and the fisherman
Blueprint dates this release to 19 April 2019. Three or more scatters trigger free games. During that round, a fisherman collects the values shown on fish and adds them to reel wins. A high-value fish is useful only when the collection condition is met; its label is not automatically a cash payment.
Fishin’ Frenzy Megaways has several return models. The provider also separates base-game RTP from Bonus Buy RTP. The Low and High labels beside the return figures identify RTP options, rather than low or high volatility ratings.
The Megaways layout changes the symbol combinations around the fishing feature. It does not remove the need for the fisherman. Watching fish values and collector appearances tells you more about what happened in a bonus than reading the maximum ways counter on its own.
Eye of Horus: wild reels and symbol upgrades
The original Eye of Horus was released on 1 November 2017 and uses ten paylines. An Eye of Horus landing on reel two, three or four expands into a full-height wild. Three or more scatters award up to twelve free games.
In the bonus, expanding wilds activate upgrades to the higher-paying symbols. Up to five symbols can move to the next higher-paying level. Extra Horus symbols also add games: one, two or three award one, three or five additional spins respectively.
The listed stake range is £0.10 to £100, subject to currency conversion. Eye of Horus Megaways and Eye of Horus The Golden Tablet are separate products. The original’s line count, upgrade details and stake range should not be assigned to those sequels simply because their covers share the same Egyptian theme.
How Ted and The Goonies use film themes
Ted launched on 1 March 2017 with twenty paylines and five bonus rounds. These include Wheel Of Fartune, Bar Crawl, S-Mart Free Spins and Ted’s Big Money. Ted can wake during a normal spin and potentially award a modifier. The animation describes a random feature opportunity; it is not a countdown towards a promised bonus.
Ted’s Big Money uses a selection sequence with sale signs and further collection opportunities. It differs from a fixed set of free spins, so a player choosing between bonus styles should look at the feature itself. The official standard-game range runs from £0.20 to £500, with currency conversion possible.
The Goonies, dated 1 October 2018, also has twenty paylines but contains six bonus rounds. Three or more One-Eyed Willy bonus symbols trigger a feature. A glowing skeleton key can produce one of seven modifiers. Fratelli’s Hideout, Super Sloth’s Free Spins and One-Eyed Willy’s Treasure are among the separate rounds.
The choice is about feature structure as well as the characters: five scenarios in Ted, six in The Goonies, and a separate key modifier in the latter. Titles ending in Megaways, Return or Jackpot King describe other releases. Their shared film licence does not preserve the original game’s mathematics.
Combo features and newer branded games
Genie Jackpots Combo Frenzy was released on 5 March 2026. It has fifty paylines and three colour-coded features. Blue special symbols feed Sultan’s Palace, where a wheel awards up to ten free games; blue symbols during that round can award cash or extra spins.
The green Enchanted Bazaar offers up to twelve games and cash prizes or up to ten Genie Wilds. Red Desert Dash provides up to fifteen games, with special symbols collecting the value displayed above the reels. A Combo Bonus combines the properties of multiple triggered features. The stated maximum is 2,000 times the stake for this release, rather than a ceiling for every Genie Jackpots game.
Game of Thrones takes a different approach to cash collection. Unlocking houses adds abilities to the collectors. House Stark locks cash symbols and continues dropping symbols until no new cash arrives. House Targaryen collects, then respins the non-Collect reels; that sequence can repeat up to four times.
When two bonus symbols appear without triggering the feature, each gives one to five steps on the map. Map upgrades apply when the next bonus starts. Three or more Bonus symbols award ten Iron Throne Spins. This game has 4,096 ways and a stated 17,000-times-stake maximum. Those are specifications for this particular Blueprint title, not a universal profile for slots based on the same franchise.
RTP options for the exact game
RTP is a calculated return over a very large volume of stakes. It does not promise to repay a fixed share of one person’s deposit. Several visually identical versions may exist, so meaningful comparisons use the same title, mathematical model and mode.

Fishin’ Frenzy Megaways separately lists 95.50% and 96.60% for Bonus Buy. These describe the corresponding purchase models, rather than standard spins.
The entries in each row are available models, not a return that randomly moves between the lowest and highest figure during one session. Changing the interface language does not switch a lower-return model to a higher-return model. The loaded game has its own configuration.
Reading JK and RF beside a return figure
A jackpot edition may separate its standard-game return from the jackpot contribution. Fishin’ Frenzy Jackpot King lists 93.32% or 95.47% plus JK %. Eye of Horus Rapid Fire lists 91%, 92% or 94% plus RF %.
JK refers to Jackpot King and RF to Rapid Fire. Neither label supplies one fixed extra percentage for every operator. If the contribution is not given numerically, adding a guessed amount cannot produce an accurate total RTP. Comparing that incomplete figure with a non-jackpot game’s full return can also mislead.
Fishin’ Frenzy Jackpot King has ten paylines and a published £0.10 to £50 range. It is a different edition from Fishin’ Frenzy Megaways. Its linked-jackpot feature sits alongside its own base game; the fishing imagery does not make it a copy of the changing-reel release.
Jackpot King Deluxe and the Wheel King stage
Jackpot King links participating games through progressive prizes. Entry to a Jackpot King Deluxe feature does not guarantee a jackpot. In Top Cat’s Jackpot King Deluxe 3 profile, five overlay symbols on reels one through five trigger the feature.
Players accumulate crowns and move up a multiplier ladder. Fifteen or more crowns open Wheel King. Between spins, choosing an icon can award another spin, finish the feature by collecting the current stake multiplier, or move directly to the wheel.
The progressive jackpot is available at the Wheel King stage. Other feature outcomes can pay an ordinary multiplier of the total stake. A won progressive pot resets to its reserve amount and starts growing again. In this profile, stake contributions fund the growing pots and the operator funds the initial seeds.
The Royal and Regal pots have a Must Be Won By threshold in these rules. That is a pot limit by which the prize must be awarded, not an amount owed to every participant. This sequence belongs to the specified Top Cat profile. Other network connections can use different pot names or feature steps.
Rapid Fire uses a separate jackpot network
Rapid Fire complements Jackpot King rather than replacing it. In Eye of Horus Rapid Fire, five or more overlays trigger a feature that can award a cash prize or one of five progressive pots. Similar-looking counters do not prove that two editions share the same prize pool.
The provider’s launch announcement describes a wheel with stake multipliers from 5 to 1,000. Its initial network had pot values between £/€250 and £/€7,500. These were launch parameters, rather than permanent amounts for every current connection. A live counter belongs to the specific network and currency.
Blueprint describes Rapid Fire as offering smaller, more frequent prizes. That description does not publish an exact probability. It cannot tell a player how many spins remain before a jackpot or promise that a short session will include a pot win.
Bonus purchases and Power Play costs
In Return of Kong Megaways, medallions trigger free spins. The multiplier increases after a cascade, and three Golden Monkey symbols raise the guaranteed minimum ways. The game also lists a Megaways Wheel, Bonus Buy and Mystery Bonus Buy alongside normal spins.

The lowest bonus purchase is not the cost of the lowest ordinary spin. A £10 purchase spends the equivalent of one hundred £0.10 spins at once. The published return is 96.03%, with a separate 96.89% figure for Bonus Bet. A higher theoretical return does not guarantee a profitable expensive purchase.
Power Play can instead change the spin itself. In Reel King Riches Jackpot King it is unlocked through play, leaving only Cash, Collect and Bonus symbols active. Standard stakes range from £0.10 to £1,000, while Power Play runs from £0.20 to £2,000. Within the same currency, the listed minimum cost doubles.
Purchase and enhancement controls differ by game and market. The amount being confirmed determines the expense, rather than the base-stake label beside the reels. Removing a buy button does not remove the ordinary feature trigger from the game.
Mobile access, demos and casino selection
The official cards for Fishin’ Frenzy Megaways, Eye of Horus and the newer series list mobile, tablet and desktop support. A demo lets you learn collector symbols, colour-coded features and selection screens. Its virtual balance is not withdrawable, and a successful demo bonus does not predict the result after a deposit.
A casino’s Blueprint collection matters at the level of the individual edition. An operator can carry some of the studio’s titles without supplying the entire portfolio. To find both standard Fishin’ Frenzy and its Megaways edition, use their full names. The same distinction applies to a Jackpot King or Rapid Fire variant.
Market, interface language and account currency describe different things. A Russian-language game does not establish that a casino accepts residents of every Russian-speaking country. Ontario support on a supplier’s game card does not mean every operator carrying that title serves the province.
Promotional free spins belong to a specified game and campaign stake. A built-in bonus follows the slot’s mechanics; casino-awarded spins can also have an activation deadline and restrictions on using the proceeds.
