Evoplay makes slots, instant games and table games. Three titles show the range particularly well: the penalty series in Penalty Shoot-out, the three-reel Hot Triple Sevens and the manually controlled Adrenaline Rush race. Player decisions, pace and payout conditions differ between them. Even titles from the same family can belong to different genres.

How Evoplay has developed

The studio was founded in 2017 and is led by Ivan Kravchuk. It lists two offices, in Limassol, Cyprus, and Warsaw, Poland. The company reports a team of more than 200 people and a monthly game audience exceeding eight million players. These are supplier figures, rather than the membership of an individual casino.

Evoplay has explored formats beyond conventional reels throughout its history. Necromancer arrived in 2018 with 3D graphics and VR support. In 2019, ICE visitors saw Sprinkle and the concept for Dungeon: Immortal Evil. Dungeon later presented a slot spin as a journey through a dungeon. The studio went on to release the Star Guardians shooter, a World Cup football pack and a racing family.

The company introduced its Spinential engine in 2020 and rebranded in 2021. On 18 May 2026 it announced Evoplay Studios, a framework for separate creative teams working with shared technology and distribution. Early titles include Gems of Ra: 3 Pots and Mystic Alaska. This adds a new development route alongside sequels to established games.

The main game formats

The supplier advertises a portfolio of more than 250 games. It covers video slots, classics, instant titles, tables, bingo and lottery products. An operator selects a smaller collection according to its market and supply arrangements, so that portfolio total does not describe every casino lobby.

Format Example Round structure
Classic slot Hot Triple Sevens Reels and paylines, with a separate free-spin feature.
Slot with a feature choice Elven Princesses A feature trigger leads to a choice between three free-spin modes.
Instant game Penalty Shoot-out A sequence of kicks with a decision to collect between successful penalties.
Manually controlled race Adrenaline Rush Character, vehicle and route choices, driving controls and item collection.

Instant is a category, rather than one set of rules. A football round involves decisions between shots; a crash title involves choosing when to collect a payment. A third-person shooter also presents different actions from a conventional reel game. Genre helps explain the controls, but does not determine the stake or reward.

Penalty Shoot-out: five kicks and a collection decision

The original Penalty Shoot-out was released in May 2020. A player chooses a national team, sets a stake and selects a shot direction. Random direction selection is also offered. After each goal, the player can collect the accumulated result or continue towards the next multiplier.

The product sheet lists stakes from €1 to €75 and 96% RTP. Its illustration shows five stages: 1.92x, 3.84x, 7.68x, 15.36x and 30.72x. Another successful shot is needed to reach the next stage. Continuing keeps the previous result at risk rather than banking it before the next kick.

At a €75 stake, the final illustrated stage pays €2,304: 75 × 30.72. This is the cash amount shown as Max Win, rather than a 2,304x multiplier. With a €1 stake, the same stage corresponds to €30.72. An operator can use different betting limits from those in the standard product sheet.

The football family includes separate Street, Super Cup and Cup Mania titles. A football cover or the same national team does not make them identical games. The exact edition determines the round sequence and collection rules. Choosing a direction does not promise a goal or provide a guaranteed route through all five kicks.

Hot Triple Sevens: matching colours and tripled free-spin wins

Hot Triple Sevens was released in December 2019. It uses three reels and five paylines. Blank positions between symbols allow two or three icons to appear on a reel. The 777 symbol substitutes for regular symbols, while a flaming seven replaces the lower seven of its own colour. A red flaming seven therefore is not a universal substitute for every colour.

Three Free Spins symbols in one round award ten free spins. All wins in that feature are tripled, including the three-777 combination. The advertised 500x for that combination is a particular symbol payout; it should not be confused with the largest result observed across the entire free-spin mode.

The product sheet lists 96.01% RTP, MED HIGH volatility and €0.10–€75 stakes. It also reports the largest payouts observed over a simulation of 500 million spins: 515 times the bet in the main game and 3,078 times in FreeGame. Those are simulation observations. They do not mean that a player receives either result after completing a particular number of spins.

Elven Princesses: choosing how the bonus develops

Elven Princesses has five reels, three rows and 30 paylines. Three Scatters in the main game open a choice between Mage, Warrior and Archer. The starting spin count is only part of that decision: each mode gives Scatters a different job.

Choice Starting spins Scatter effect
Mage 5 Becomes a Wild that remains in place for the rest of the feature.
Warrior 9 Each arriving Scatter adds another three spins.
Archer 7 Each Scatter increases the multiplier by one.

Nine starting spins do not automatically make Warrior the best option. Mage starts with fewer spins but can accumulate sticky Wilds; Archer develops a multiplier. These are different feature properties, rather than promises of a particular cash return.

The main game has its own random events. Mage turns an entire reel, selected from reels two to five, into Wilds. Warrior changes two or three symbols along a diagonal. Archer changes two or three random symbols into Wilds. These events can occur during ordinary spins and do not require the player to select a free-spin character first.

Temple of Thunder and the cost of buying a feature

The Temple of Thunder family uses an Olympus theme. In Temple of Thunder II, ordinary spins sit alongside Free Spins and Hold&Win. Wilds replace regular symbols, but not coins or Free Spins symbols. Main-game Mystery symbols can reveal coins; Mystery Stacks during free spins reveal regular symbols or Wilds.

Five or more coins trigger Hold&Win with three respins. Coins remain on the board and each new coin resets the counter to three. Their values are added when the feature ends. Filling all fifteen positions awards a separate 3,000x Epic Prize. It depends on filling the board, rather than simply entering the feature.

Temple of Thunder II and Temple of Thunder II Bonus Buy are separate editions. The original is published with 95.94% RTP, while Bonus Buy lists 95.82%. In the latter, ten free spins cost 51 total bets and Hold&Win costs 47 total bets. At a €1 base stake, the purchases therefore cost €51 and €47. The purchase is charged immediately and the returned amount can be lower than its cost.

A purchase button in a sequel does not add one to the original. Buying a game feature also differs from receiving promotional spins from a casino. One is a paid entry into a game mode; the other is an operator offer with its own eligibility and reward terms.

Dungeon and Star Guardians: different roles for controls

Dungeon: Immortal Evil was released in February 2020. A third-person camera follows a hero through a 3D dungeon, while enemies and loot present the outcome of a spin. Extra levels include random cash rewards, weapons, armour and health items. The developer explicitly says that wins and losses remain RNG-based: role-playing skills do not improve the monetary outcome.

Star Guardians, released in October 2021, uses a different approach. Manual mode lets the player move a character and shoot targets. There are three characters with different abilities, and switching characters is possible. Its bonus is a random event during the main game; enemies can drop ammunition or cash within that feature.

This distinction matters when choosing a game. Dungeon presents a random slot through an adventure story, while Star Guardians adds direct character control. Controls do not remove the stake or random game events. It would be misleading to assign the same influence of player skill to every Evoplay title with 3D graphics.

Adrenaline Rush, Super Boost and XCrash

The original Adrenaline Rush is a 3D racing game released in February 2024. It offers three characters, three routes and cars with different power, speed, aerodynamic and nitro properties. Players drive, collect coins and pick up upgrades. The studio states RTP up to 97%, while retaining a random component. “Up to” is significant here: it does not describe a fixed return on every attempt.

Two other products share the family’s characters and racing theme. They use different controls and payment systems.

Title Mechanic Distinctive action
Adrenaline Rush Manually controlled race Choose a car and route, then collect items while driving.
Super Boost Video slot with ten paylines Cars carry cash values during free spins and Wilds collect those values.
XCrash Crash game Two separate bets can be placed in one round and collected at different times.

Super Boost awards free spins with three or more Scatters. Two Scatters in a round without a winning combination can trigger a Turbo Respin of reels without a Scatter. XCrash provides a round history, chat and Top-100 leaderboard. Placing two bets raises the combined amount at risk; it does not give each bet an independent underlying round.

Understanding RTP, cash amounts and payout limits

Evoplay has no single RTP for its entire catalogue. Elven Princesses is published at 95.41% and Hot Triple Sevens at 96.01%. Different modes and newer editions can have their own values. A studio-wide range of 95.5–96.5% would already miss one of those examples.

Game RTP Product-sheet stakes
Penalty Shoot-out 96% €1–€75
Hot Triple Sevens 96.01% €0.10–€75
Elven Princesses 95.41% €0.10–€75

RTP describes a calculated return over a long run. At 96% RTP, €100 of total wagering has a mathematical expected return of €96. That is not a payment calculation for one deposit. A short session can differ substantially. Volatility describes the variation in outcomes, rather than an expected waiting time for a large win.

The studio generally shows Max Win as a cash amount based on its default maximum stake. For example, Hot Triple Sevens’ €230,850 equals 3,078 × €75. Elven Princesses has a real inconsistency in its sheet: it lists 781 bets as the largest simulated free-spin result and separately shows Max Win of €56,175. At the listed €75 maximum stake, 781 bets would be €58,575. The €56,175 figure therefore cannot be treated as a clean confirmation of a universal 781x cap.

Feature frequency is not a schedule either. The sheets report roughly one FreeGame trigger per 113 spins in Hot Triple Sevens and per 88 in Elven Princesses. These are model statistics. After 112 ordinary Hot Triple Sevens spins, the next spin is not obliged to trigger the feature.

Phones, browsers and round records

The games use HTML5 and run in a browser without Flash. The Penalty Shoot-out, Hot Triple Sevens and Elven Princesses product sheets support desktop, mobile devices and portrait orientation. Hot Triple Sevens’ portrait layout also has a maximum-prize display that changes with the stake.

Driving a car or controlling a shooter on a small screen differs from pressing Spin. The current stake, available controls and round ending need to remain visible. Mobile support does not establish that every 3D title runs equally comfortably on an older phone or a weak connection.

A disputed round is easier to identify with its exact title, time and stake amount. The casino operator maintains the cash balance. Evoplay’s advertised 24-hour technical support serves its business partners; it is not a separate player cashier and does not establish the opening hours of every casino’s chat service.

Tournaments, quests and surprise prizes

Bonus House brings together Evoplay’s promotional tools, including tournaments, Quests, Random Prize Drops, Races and Wheel of Fortune. Operators choose which tools to activate. Having an Evoplay game in a lobby does not automatically enrol a player in every supplier campaign.

Random Prize Drops allow campaign duration, budget, prize numbers and values, eligible games, minimum stakes and currencies to be configured. Races also have a defined goal and competition mechanic. Those settings create practical participation conditions: a stake below the minimum can be ineligible, and a game outside the selected list need not award points.

A prize amount and its withdrawal conditions are different things. Cash rewards, bonus balances and promotional spins can be handled differently. A campaign name alone does not determine how the reward is credited or used. Branded game artwork can also be customised for a partner; a different logo by itself is not evidence of changed payouts or higher RTP.

Markets, permissions and security certificates

Evoplay describes several legal companies and types of permission. Its Responsible Gaming section gives the following market arrangements. They concern game supply and certification, rather than a promise of access for every player in every country.

Market Company Supplier’s stated basis
Ontario Evoplay LTD AGCO approval to operate in the province.
Malta Play Evo Games LTD An MGA Recognition Notice covering certified products.
Romania Play Evo Games LTD An ONJN Class II licence for management and hosting of remote gaming platforms.
Curaçao Evoplay Entertainment B.V. The regulatory section claims a GCB licence; the website terms still describe a pending application.

The Curaçao documents differ on status. Website Terms identify Evoplay Entertainment B.V., company registration 146580, as the website owner. They list application OGL/2024/1057/0701 and continued operation under a Certificate of Operation. These two texts do not give an unambiguous confirmation that the licence application has been completed.

Malta’s Recognition Notice should also be distinguished from a generic “MGA licence” label. The company reports product certification for Spain, Brazil and Peru. Its market-entry history includes Bulgaria, Croatia, Romania, Lithuania, Ireland and Italy. Each country has its own supply requirements and available selection.

On 19 August 2026, Evoplay announced an agreement covering twenty games for PlayFallsview in Ontario, with Hot Triple Sevens among the named titles. That is a provincial launch, rather than access to the entire portfolio across Canada. Similarly, the November 2025 Adrenaline Rush launch with DC Lottery and EQL Games concerns an adaptation for the District of Columbia.

Two Swiss Approval North America certificates cover Evoplay LTD’s game-software development, maintenance and support. ISO/IEC 27001:2022 concerns information security management; ISO/IEC 27701:2019 concerns personal-data management. The documents specify 6 February 2026 to 5 February 2027, with annual reissue subject to the audit conditions. They are not Swiss gambling licences or guarantees of a winning result.

FAQ

What do the Star Guardians character boosters do?

With a booster active, Butcher doubles wins, Skyler can open valuable chests without keys, and Kelliot is certain to pick up loot. These are boosted character properties, rather than a guarantee of an overall profitable round.

Are branded editions counted as new game releases?

The studio reports them separately. Its 2024 results listed 32 new games and 59 branded titles. Adding those figures together would not establish that the studio created that many new independent game mechanics.

Can a casino recover the record of a disputed round?

Evoplay provides operators with game-event history, callback statistics and back-office round replays. Players do not automatically have access to those internal tools. Recovering a particular event goes through the casino’s support team.
