BGaming makes slots, Plinko, dice games and short rounds involving a plane or rocket. The important distinction is what you can actually control. Space XY lets you decide when to collect a payout. Aviamasters finishes its flight automatically. Merge Up upgrades winning symbols into more valuable ones, while Aztec Magic Bonanza pays for matching symbols spread across the grid.
Some BGaming games also offer provably fair verification. This applies to part of the portfolio, and a cryptocurrency account does not automatically enable it. Another useful distinction is between an original game and a version made for a particular casino: the artwork and mathematical settings can both differ.
The studio’s history and familiar families
BGaming grew out of SOFTSWISS. The company traces its development experience to 2012 and the launch of the separate brand to 2018. Those dates describe different stages. Its headquarters are in Malta, with offices in Poland and Georgia. The current company profile reports more than 350 employees.
The supplier advertises a portfolio of over 250 games and distribution through more than 3,000 casinos. Neither figure means every account has access to every title. Elvis Frog, Bonanza Billion and Burning Chilli are recognisable families, but a shared character or series name does not promise identical features.
BGaming won Casino/Slots Developer of the Year at the 2025 SBC Awards. That is industry recognition. The paytable and rules of an individual release still determine how its rounds are settled.
Choose by the decisions a game gives you
The supplier groups its portfolio into Casual, Classic and Entertainment. Casual covers simple controls, Classic familiar slot formats, and Entertainment more elaborate presentation and mechanics. Casual does not mean low financial risk: a game with only a few buttons can still produce widely varying returns.
| Format | Your decision | What determines payment |
|---|---|---|
| Plinko | Select risk and rows before launching | The pocket where the ball lands |
| Space XY | Collect manually or set automatic collection | Whether collection happens before the flight ends |
| Aviamasters | Start an automatic flight | A successful landing and the final counter |
| Slots | Select a stake and an available mode | Winning combinations and feature rules |
First identify how a combination pays. Six identical symbols scattered around a grid may qualify in a Pays Anywhere game and pay nothing in a game requiring an adjacent cluster. A large advertised number of ways also does not mean all those ways win on the same spin.
Plinko: rows, risk and several active balls
Original Plinko offers 8–16 rows and three risk levels: Low, Normal and High. These settings change the multipliers along the bottom. You do not steer the ball during its fall; the final pocket determines the payout.
The launch price applies to one ball. If simultaneous launches are enabled, three balls at €1 each are three separate wagers costing €3. Some regulated versions allow only one unfinished round at a time. An inactive launch button in that situation does not necessarily indicate a fault.
Automatic mode lets you choose a number of bets. The sequence ends when that count is reached, you stop it or the balance cannot cover another wager. High risk does not give you more control over the path. It produces a more uneven payout distribution, and a large edge multiplier alone does not tell you how often that pocket is reached.
Space XY: two bets share one flight
Space XY allows one or two bets in a round. Manual collection and a preselected Auto Cash-out multiplier are available. The rising counter shows a possible payout while a bet is still active. If the flight ends before you collect, that active bet loses.
Two bets divide your money; they do not create independent flights. Suppose you stake €0.50 on each. You collect the first at 2× for €1, while the second loses. Total wagers were €1 and total return was €1. The round breaks even despite one winning bet.
The published rules say an active bet automatically collects at the current multiplier when the connection fails. This is a rule for handling interruption, rather than a reliable way to choose a payout. A disputed settlement needs the recorded round and balance after calculation. Previous flights cannot tell you where the next one ends.
Aviamasters: a rising counter is not a settled win
Aviamasters does not operate like a crash game. Its counter starts at 1×. A number without a multiplication sign adds that value, a × symbol multiplies the current result, and a rocket halves it. The order of those events matters.
For example, a 2× counter becomes 7× after +5, then 14× after ×2, then 7× after a rocket. This is still only an intermediate figure. Payment requires the plane to land on the ship. A fall into the water loses the wager regardless of the number displayed earlier.
The four speed settings change the animation pace. They do not let you land the plane manually or collect halfway through its flight. Automatic sequences have stopping conditions based on wins and changes in balance. If choosing your own exit is the feature you want, Aviamasters does not substitute for Space XY.
Merge Up: a paid cluster creates upgraded symbols
Merge Up pays adjacent groups of four matching symbols. Some then disappear and the remaining symbols advance to a higher level, potentially extending the chain with more valuable gems. A merge at the top level creates a Scatter, which can also arrive normally.
Four, five and six Scatters award 15, 18 and 20 free spins. Winning cells keep their marks in the feature and build multipliers up to 128×. A newly gained multiplier applies to the next winning combination using that cell. Several cell multipliers contributing to one cluster are added together.
There is a genuine difference between the public descriptions of retriggers. The game card promises five additional spins for three Scatters. The full rules require four for five spins, five for eight, and six for ten. These are not interchangeable conditions. The rules inside the loaded version govern that launch; three Scatters should not be treated as a guaranteed extension.
Elvis Frog TrueWays changes the size of positions
TrueWays uses variable reel heights, from two to eight symbols, with up to 262,144 ways. It is BGaming’s own system. Elvis Frog TrueWays also includes Coin Respin: six cash symbols start a feature with three respins, separate from its free spins.
Lightning divides larger positions into smaller ones and opens fresh spaces. When a small cell cannot be divided further, a suitable larger or medium position is selected; the existing cash value is retained in the resulting parts. Filling all 48 positions is required for the Mega Jackpot.
A feature purchase can start Free Spins or Coin Respin. They are different rounds, and the number of ways in the base game does not explain the coin collection rules. A familiar frog and a large grid tell you relatively little about which feature you are buying.
Snoop Dogg Dollars separates cell and Wild multipliers
Snoop Dogg Dollars is an official collaboration with the rapper, developed with Kerma Games. Adjacent clusters of five symbols pay. Dig-up bonus symbols can appear in the spaces cleared by a win before the grid refills.
A cell multiplier and a Wild multiplier are different values. Cells have a 10× ceiling, while Wilds can reach 100×. In the base game, marks persist through that refill sequence; in Free Spins, they remain through the feature. Skull removes low symbols without paying, and Weed upgrades multipliers. Removing symbols is not itself a win.
The four feature purchases provide no guaranteed Wilds, one, two or three. Snoop Spin costs 20 ordinary stakes and guarantees at least one Wild, rather than a profit. With a €0.50 base stake, that launch costs €10. A €6 payout therefore leaves a €4 loss even though the promised symbol appeared.
Aztec Magic Bonanza pays for a symbol count
Matching symbols in Aztec Magic Bonanza need not touch. Their count across the grid determines payment, winning symbols disappear and replacements drop in. During Free Spins, separate 2×–100× multipliers are added to boost the sequence win. A 2× and a 10× together make 12×, rather than 20×.
Four, five and six Scatters trigger 10, 20 and 30 free spins. Three in the feature add five more. Chance ×2 raises the wager cost and the chance of reaching the feature; it does not double a future payout. It cannot operate together with Buy Bonus.
The supplier’s original-game card lists 96.11% RTP, a 10,200× ceiling and a release date of 17 February 2022. Those are specifications for the original; a casino edition can have different mathematical settings. The paytable loaded for a particular version sets its numerical limits.
Compare RTP with the payout distribution
| Game | RTP | Maximum multiplier | Supplier volatility |
|---|---|---|---|
| Plinko | 99% | 1,000× | Risk selected in the game |
| Space XY | 97% | 10,000× | Not specified in its card |
| Aviamasters | 97% | 250× | Low |
| Merge Up | 97.25% | 5,000× | Very high |
| Elvis Frog TrueWays | 96.7% | 5,000× | Very high |
| Snoop Dogg Dollars | 96% | 10,000× | Very high |
Aviamasters was released on 2 July 2024. Its Low label does not rule out losing landings. Equally, matching RTP figures in different games do not make their payout distributions or player decisions alike.
RTP applies to wagering turnover, rather than the initial deposit. For a hypothetical €1,000 of wagers, a 99% model gives a theoretical average return of €990 and a 97% model €970: a €20 difference on the same turnover. That calculation describes an expectation, not a forecast for your session. Rewagering payouts adds to turnover too.
A maximum multiplier and a cash ceiling can both limit a payout. Comparing only the × figure overlooks the possibility of hitting a monetary cap first at a larger stake. Live RTP statistics describe completed play; they do not make the next launch predictable.
Provably fair verification has two parts
A supported BGaming game shows a commitment before the wager: a hash of its result and hidden Secret. After the round, the original values and final result are revealed. The Client Seed adds the player’s value through the specified calculation. Roulette, cards and slots convert those inputs into different kinds of outcome.
| Stage | Values to compare | Meaning of a match |
|---|---|---|
| Hash check | SHA-256 of revealed Result + Secret against the commitment saved before the bet | The original inputs were retained |
| Outcome check | The game’s calculation using Client Seed against the recorded final result | The published inputs reproduce the displayed outcome |
A matching hash does not replace the outcome calculation. Verification must use the correct game and round. A provably fair badge on a casino homepage is insufficient if the wager’s necessary values are unavailable.
BGaming explicitly describes this technology across part of its slot portfolio, including Aztec Magic Deluxe and Avalon: The Lost Kingdom. It does not raise RTP, remove the house edge or reveal the next result. Blockchain is not a requirement for this check. Payment currency and the method used to calculate a round are separate matters.
Casino editions can have different settings
BGaming offers several depths of customisation. A basic edition changes logos, symbols or the starting screen; a supported game may also use a different RTP setting. An exclusive development can have distinct mechanics, features and a name of its own.
Similar-looking Plinko or Aztec editions should therefore be compared by their exact names, payment rules, active modes and RTP, as well as their artwork. A different multiplier or feature trigger at another casino may belong to a separate edition rather than an incorrectly labelled button.
Drops, Challenges and Quests reward different things
Drops distributes random cash prizes over ordinary play without an additional wager for the draw itself. Challenges uses leaderboards, with four available scoring methods: highest multiplier, total bets, sum of top multipliers and accumulated multiplier totals.
The scoring rule changes the ranking. A €10 payout on a €1 stake is 10×, while €20 on a €5 stake is 4×. The first scores higher by multiplier despite the second paying more money. A turnover competition instead counts the wagers, rather than those payout ratios.
Quests uses daily missions, coin or cash rewards and completion streaks. Entry, duration and the status of prize funds depend on the casino’s particular promotion. The supplier offering these tools does not mean every casino enables all three. Leaderboard points should not be counted as money already available to withdraw.
Demo play, mobile controls and the cost of speed
A demo helps you learn the calculation and controls without spending your own balance. Its credits cannot be withdrawn. A short run with an impressive feature does not validate the mathematical model or show how soon that feature will arrive in paid play.
On a phone, distinguish the ordinary stake, a Chance ×2 surcharge and a separate feature purchase. If a purchase is shown as 100× with a €0.20 base stake, it costs €20. Any resulting payout needs to be compared with that €20 expenditure, rather than €0.20.
Quick rounds increase turnover within the same period. Two hundred launches at €0.50 create €100 of wagers even if the session started with a much smaller deposit. Autoplay, speed settings and purchases may be disabled in regulated editions. Reading the available parameters explains what each control does; a faster pace does not improve the chance of an individual wager.
The supplier licence and the casino account
The supplier’s legal entity is Stable Games Ltd. The MGA register lists MGA/B2B/785/2020 as Licensed, covering B2B Critical Supply and Type 1 Gaming Services. It was issued on 18 March 2021. This authorises the game supplier; it does not license every casino carrying its products.
BGaming also reports permissions in Curaçao, Greece and Romania, and approval of its software in Spain. Sweden and Denmark are described as applications in progress, rather than permissions already granted. The studio names iTech Labs and BMM Testlabs for RNG testing. That checks a different subject from a casino’s responsibility to pay its customers.
Choosing a casino requires access to the particular title in your country, a suitable betting currency and clear bonus-balance rules. BGaming appearing in a provider list does not establish that every release is connected. The studio’s support for cryptocurrencies does not set an operator’s deposit networks, withdrawal fees or document requirements.
For a disputed round, retain the edition name, round number, stake, time and final balance. Include whether a paid mode was active. Those details help distinguish a calculation issue from a misread multiplier or price. Start with the account operator for that review: the developer does not hold your deposit as a casino cashier.
