Aviamasters review
Aviamasters is a BGaming casual game released on 2 July 2024. It’s usually grouped with crash games, but it plays differently: you don’t choose when to cash out; you watch a plane collect bonuses over the sea and then try to land on an aircraft carrier. There are no reels or lines, and each round is a single flight lasting a few seconds. The game went viral and won Best Casino Game at the SiGMA Europe Awards 2025. The studio calls it a “viral banger” and files it under its casual range, which the studio presents separately from its slots.
Casual games weren’t new for the studio. One of its best-known titles in that style is Plinko, where a ball drops through rows of pegs and the RTP reaches 99%. This game follows the same philosophy of minimal rules, short rounds and animation that explains the result without a paytable. According to BGaming, within its first year the game passed a billion in total reach and hundreds of thousands of social mentions, and it was still pulling in new players a year after launch.
Flight, pickups and landing
The plane flies over the sea towards a carrier, smoothly climbing and diving; the studio connects the animation to flight physics. Numbers and multipliers lift it, rockets lower it. Version 1.0 rules are dated 4 June 2024. Every flight starts at 1.0x; landing applies the accumulated value to the bet and falling into the sea loses the whole stake. The counter above the plane is a potential payout, not credited money; it cannot be locked in mid-flight.
| Object | Values | Effect on the multiplier | Effect on the flight |
|---|---|---|---|
| Number without “×” | +1, +2, +5, +10 | Added | Plane climbs |
| Multiplier with “×” | x2, x3, x4, x5 | Multiplies the current value | Plane climbs |
| Rocket | — | Halves the current value | Plane dives |
Order matters: +5 before 3x gives (1+5)×3=18, while the reverse gives 1×3+5=8. Players do not choose the sequence. Rockets can reduce the value below 1x, so landing does not always mean profit. The rules describe rounding profit up when the payout exceeds the bet and the amount down when it falls short; the exact rounding unit is unspecified and cannot automatically be treated as a whole currency unit.
Speeds and automatic rounds
Four speed buttons, a tortoise, a walking man, a hare and a lightning bolt, set the pace, with the second one as the default. You can switch mid-round. The screen shows altitude, distance flown and the total of collected multipliers, so the flight stays readable even at top speed.
Speed changes animation only. A certified RNG determines the outcome before the path is shown; altitude and previous crashes do not improve landing chances. Opening rules during flight pauses play and the system closes unfinished rounds daily. Music and effects have separate volume controls; the launch button can be moved, resized and given different opacity. The menu contains rules and round history.
Press Auto, choose a number of rounds, and set stop conditions in the same menu:
- on any win;
- when a single win exceeds a set amount;
- when your balance rises by a chosen sum;
- when your balance falls by a chosen sum.
Round count and conditions work together: autoplay stops at the first reached limit. The any-win condition includes a landing below 1x, a partial return. The operator’s licence may exclude autoplay and quick rounds.

RTP, hit rate and the sequel
The studio lists Hit Rate 2 without defining its unit. The number does not establish one payout in two rounds or a 50% payout frequency. Even a payout can be below the stake. Large-multiplier frequencies and maximum odds are unavailable; low volatility does not guarantee a short session close to the average.
| Parameter | Aviamasters | Aviamasters 2 |
|---|---|---|
| RTP | 97.00% | 97.00% |
| Volatility | low | medium |
| Maximum multiplier | 250x | 1,000x |
| Hit rate on the studio’s card | 2 | 2.50 |
| Special pickups | none | four boosters: Magnet, Laser Gun, Nitro, Life Buoy |
| Guaranteed landing | no | Safe Landing mode |
The sequel arrived on 5 March 2026. Safe Landing is described as a paid landing guarantee for 50x the stake: the price increases each round while active and it can be disabled at any time. Pricing wording permits different readings, so the exact cost needs clarification in the rules; Magnet, Laser Gun, Nitro and Life Buoy actions are not detailed. Neither edition lets players choose an exit time.
In Spribe’s Aviator players cash out before the plane disappears. BGaming’s Space XY also offers an exit choice, with 97% RTP, high volatility and a 10,000x maximum. Aviamasters resolves the result through landing, without a cash-out button.
