SpinsUp is operated by Novatrix SRL, registration 3-102-893958. Its Tobique licence number is 0000002. The official licence service lists www.spinsup.com with a VALID status.

About Us still mentions Dama N.V., while the current terms name Novatrix SRL. For an account or payment query, use the company named in your account agreement.

Novatrix is registered in Costa Rica. Its registration and Tobique licence concern different jurisdictions; neither establishes acceptance in every market where the site loads. A Canadian English or French interface does not remove the two provincial exclusions.

The welcome package: stages and currency-specific ceilings

The published policy lists EUR, USD and CAD separately. Equal numbers are fixed offer ceilings, not equal monetary value or a currency conversion. The qualifying minimum is EUR 20, USD 20 or CAD 30. Compare the currency and offer actually available to the eligible account.

The headline combines four maximum bonuses. Reaching each cap requires deposits of 1,000 units at 100%, 2,000 at 50%, 3,000 at 50% and 2,000 at 75%. That totals 8,000 units in deposits to reach the combined 5,000-unit bonus ceiling. For CAD, the example is C$8,000 of deposits and C$5,000 of bonuses. This explains the arithmetic, not a recommended spending plan.

Free spins are allocated by stage. The first deposit names Fruit Million or Lady Wolf Moon from BGaming; they are not credit for any slot of your choice. Check the exact allocation, activation deadline and contribution for the displayed offer.

The first, third and fourth spin sets explicitly give three days to activate and 40x wagering for the bonus and spins. The second stage names the game and quantity without repeating a separate FS activation deadline. Its own reward timer matters; a neighbouring stage is not a substitute for that information.

What x40 wagering means in actual numbers

The general bonus policy sets x40 wagering and a three-day bonus duration. Maximum bonus bets depend on currency: EUR 5, USD 5 or CAD 7.50. Slots generally contribute 100%, with exclusions; certain table and video-poker games contribute only 5%. All jackpot slots are excluded, and the public excluded-games sentence is incomplete. Turnover counts the total of qualifying bets, including money reused after a win. It is not the deposit amount, an amount you must lose, or a guaranteed amount you can recover. Real money is used before bonus money. A withdrawal request before wagering is finished forfeits the reward and its winnings. Deposits and payment methods: look at both directions

Deposits must be wagered three times before withdrawal. A €20 deposit without welcome creates €60 of play-through. If €20 and €30 are paid in without gameplay between them, the base combines: €50 × 3 = €150. This concerns your own money, separately from bonus 40x. Unmet deposit requirements can result in refusal or a processing charge.

An intermediary bank may charge an additional fee, typically up to €16, even where the casino’s own fee is Free. For cryptocurrency, match the receiving asset and network. Internal fiat–crypto exchange is not supported: having both types of wallet does not turn the gaming account into an exchange.

How withdrawal works: three separate stages

A withdrawal is easiest to understand as a sequence: account and document checks, casino approval, then payment delivery. The terms aim for processing within 72 hours after approval. The KYC policy separately allows document consideration to take up to 30 working days after all requested documents are supplied. Documents and verification: prepare for the practical checks

Limits, breaks and account closure

The profile offers daily, weekly and monthly deposit, loss and wagering limits. Reductions apply immediately. An increase requires email confirmation and expiry of the previous limit of that type. Crypto deposits cannot always be restricted by the deposit cap; the rules recommend other payment methods when you need that protection.

Cooling-Off periods are one week, one month, three months or six months. They immediately stop fiat deposits and promotion eligibility, with automatic reactivation at expiry. Remaining funds can be withdrawn. A crypto transfer can still be processed technically during the break, so sending money in reliance on automatic blocking is unsafe.

Self-exclusion lasts six months, nine months, one year or indefinitely, disabling the account immediately.
