Videoslots Casino review
Slots and feature filters
Videoslots has more than 12,000 games from hundreds of suppliers. The selection includes NetEnt, Microgaming, Play’n GO, Pragmatic Play, Playtech, Evolution, Yggdrasil, Red Tiger, Relax Gaming and Thunderkick. For less conventional bonus rounds, there are games from Big Time Gaming, Nolimit City, Push Gaming and Hacksaw Gaming. ELK Studios, Blueprint, Quickspin, Bally, Merkur and Barcrest also appear in the catalogue. This range makes it possible to compare several titles from one supplier rather than picking a game by its artwork alone.
The catalogue separates video slots, table games, video poker, scratch cards, live casino, jackpots and arcade games. Filters cover Megaways, cascades, Hold and Win, Gigablox and feature buys. You can also find sticky, expanding, stacked or walking wilds, re-spins and games that pay in both directions. Sticky Wilds, for example, finds games where a wild stays in place; Feature Buy finds slots with a separately purchased bonus round.
A title search can return several related games: an original release, a Megaways edition and a jackpot variant may share a name. Their grids, maximum wins and stake ranges can differ. The slot specifications explain those distinctions. The rules and theoretical RTP of the version actually running matter more than a percentage quoted for another edition.
The game selection varies by market. The headline catalogue total does not mean that every title is available in every country. HTML5 games run in a desktop, phone or tablet browser without a compulsory app download. The mobile website also supports deposits, withdrawal requests and promotion controls.
Progressive and daily jackpots
A progressive jackpot grows through a share of qualifying stakes, often across several casinos. After a win, the pot resets to its starting amount. A fixed jackpot has a predetermined value and may be a prize specific to the casino. How often it pays depends on the rules of that game.
The named series are Mega Moolah and WowPot, the Dream Drop network, plus Hall of Gods and Mega Fortune. Daily Jackpots are a case of their own: each must fall before a set time every day. The current pot size shows right on the game thumbnail.
How Battle of Slots works
Battle of Slots turns a slot into a competition with other players. Entrants receive a fixed number of rounds, a set stake and a limited playing window. Recorded results determine their positions. Normal events, added-prize events, guaranteed pools, Jackpot Chases and freerolls differ in entry conditions and rewards.

A paid tournament charges an entry fee, called a buy-in. The general rules set a 10% commission unless the event specifies another rate. That commission is non-refundable. On a €5 buy-in at 10%, for example, the casino keeps €0.50. Individual spin wins inside the tournament do not become ordinary account cash: they build your competition result, while any payment depends on your finishing position.
A normal pool consists of entry fees minus commission. A guaranteed pool cannot fall below the stated minimum. A progressive pool includes valid round winnings and the value of unused rounds, again minus commission. A tournament jackpot is distributed among winning participants according to the prize table. An equal share for every entrant is not guaranteed.
A freeroll has no entry fee, but access can still have conditions. The Battle guide lists €20 in deposits and 1,000 XP over the preceding 30 days for regular freerolls. The introductory ticket is different: the general MGA rules describe it for a new customer with an initial deposit of at least €10. It is activated in My Prizes and provides seven days of access. Cash prizes are credited automatically without additional wagering.
| Format | What changes for an entrant |
|---|---|
| Scheduled | Starts at a stated time if enough players have entered. |
| Sit & Go | Starts once the required number of entrants is reached. |
| Freezeout | One buy-in and one set of rounds; additional entries are unavailable. |
| Rebuy | Another entry fee buys a further set of rounds. |
| Wild West | Allows up to 25 rebuys per player. |
| Jackpot Chase | Five stages; tickets advance players, and the final jackpot goes to the top three. |
A rebuy is another cost rather than a free continuation. A freezeout is easier to budget because every entrant has the same number of attempts. An event with repeat entries can cost more than its initial buy-in. Joker is a separate feature: pre-registered entrants enter a draw, and the chosen player receives a doubled prize if they win.
Clash of Spins and the jackpot wheel
Clash of Spins needs no separate tournament registration. Qualifying ordinary-lobby play counts towards the current competition automatically. Spin Clash compares spin counts; Big Win Clash focuses on large wins. Events follow one another around the clock. The schedule includes events with 60 prize positions, with different free-spin pools from one event to another.

The Wheel of Jackpots awards a random chance at a spin through qualifying slot, jackpot and live-casino play. The chance depends on the stake and theoretical RTP: all else equal, a lower RTP increases the chance rather than reducing it. This is a separate promotion outside the underlying game’s RTP. A greater chance of receiving a wheel spin does not make the underlying game better value.
The wheel has Mega, Major and Mini pots. Their funding uses 0.25% of the house edge. At 96% RTP, the edge is 4%, so the contribution is 0.01% of the stake. A portion of a won pot seeds the next jackpot, with the remainder going to the cash balance.
A reward must be used within seven days of receipt or the spin expires. The wheel cannot be played while a bonus is active. At least one deposit is required to receive rewards, and cash winnings have no wagering requirement. These international wheel rules exclude Sweden, Denmark and Italy. They cannot automatically be applied to a wheel offered in a regional app.
Live tables, roulette and fast games
The main live suppliers include Evolution, Playtech and Pragmatic Play. Evolution streams from a large complex in Riga with more than 100 tables. Playtech offers HD streams and games such as Quantum Roulette. Pragmatic Play films in Bucharest with 4K cameras and has, for example, Mega Sic Bo. Blackjack includes Infinite Blackjack with several stake levels, roulette has Immersive and Lightning Roulette with multipliers, baccarat has Speed Baccarat and Baccarat Squeeze, and the shows are Crazy Time and Monopoly Live. The stream runs in the browser, and you can move between tables without losing the session.
Virtual tables include European, American and French roulette, multi-hand blackjack, and Jacks or Better, Deuces Wild, Joker Poker and All Aces video poker. Ordinary single-zero European roulette has a house edge of about 2.70%. French roulette with La Partage can offer better value on even-money bets: half the stake is returned when zero wins, bringing the edge to roughly 1.35%. This does not apply to every bet type.
In blackjack, the benefit of basic strategy depends on the deck count, blackjack payout and permitted actions. In video poker, the paytable and decisions about held cards matter. A game name alone does not promise a high return. Side bets and multiplier features can also have a different RTP from the main bet.
The arcade gathers instant-win games: scratch cards, keno, quick bingo, virtual sports and crash games, where a multiplier climbs and you must cash out before it collapses. A round lasts seconds, so money goes fast in these games, and a loss limit is best set beforehand.
Sports bets and cash-out
Videoslots Sports Ltd runs the sportsbook for the MGA and Swedish markets. In Great Britain, betting permission belongs to Videoslots Limited’s licence. Pre-match bets, live betting and cash-out are available, with sport-specific rules governing settlement. Supertipset is another regional format rather than a universal feature for every account.
A bet is accepted only through the game account and counts as accepted once it appears in the bet history with a transaction code. Bets by phone, email or letter are void, and an accepted bet cannot be cancelled. Syndicate betting by a group of players, attempts to influence a result and combinations of related outcomes in one event are banned unless the site offers a ready combined price, as in Scorecast. Violations can lead to voided bets and delayed payouts.
Cash-out returns an offered amount before the bet is finally settled. That amount includes the original stake and moves with the odds. The button can disappear, and a request can fail if the price changes. Once cash-out is accepted, settlement is final: a later winning result does not produce another payment. A fully cashed-out bet does not count towards sports-bonus wagering.
Operators, licences and country access
Videoslots has operated since 2011. The casino is run by Videoslots Ltd, a Maltese company numbered C49090 with its office on Alfred Craig Street in Pieta. The sportsbook belongs to a second Maltese company, Videoslots Sports Ltd (C93953), at the same address. In Denmark the licence is held by Blueberry (Denmark) Ltd.
| Market | Regulator | Number and term |
|---|---|---|
| Outside regulated markets (MGA group) | Malta Gaming Authority | MGA/CRP/258/2014, issued 19 May 2020; sportsbook: MGA/CRP/258/2014/02 |
| Great Britain | UK Gambling Commission | account number 39380 |
| Sweden | Spelinspektionen | casino 23Si1181, to end of 2028; sports 25Si933, to 29 October 2028 |
| Denmark | Spillemyndigheden | 24-403293, to 29 August 2029 |
| Ontario | AGCO; market overseen through iGaming Ontario | OPIG1267597, registered 9 September 2024 |
Your market determines the contract, available games, currency, age requirement and complaint route. Choosing Russian or English does not change your residence. Ontario uses a separate Canadian service and requires players to be physically in the province. There is also a separate Spanish service; the Spain restriction in the MGA rules does not describe that local contract.
Customer money is held separately from company funds. The British terms state medium protection in insolvency. This is not a bank guarantee that the entire balance will be repaid. Separation reduces the risk of player balances being mixed with operating expenses, but does not remove the risk of an incomplete payment if the operator becomes insolvent.
The MGA contract excludes a long list of countries and territories. Examples include Afghanistan, Algeria, Australia, Belgium, Cuba, France, Iran, Israel, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, the United States and Ukraine. Great Britain, Sweden, Denmark, Greenland and Italy are assigned to separate terms. A website language is not permission to play. After moving, your address and account status need updating; an earlier registration does not permit play from a prohibited territory.
Registration and identity checks
Registration requires your full name, home address, mobile number, email and date of birth. The form also includes a password, security question and optional referral code. Details need to match your documents. Accounts cannot be opened for another person, and balances cannot be transferred between players.
The usual minimum age is 18; the MGA rules allow a higher local minimum, including 21 where required. Ontario requires age 19. Sweden uses a personal identity number and Denmark uses CPR. Only one account per person is permitted. Duplicate accounts can be closed with funds retained under the relevant market rules; changing the website language does not allow another registration.
The international terms list Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Skrill, Neteller and Euteller; general help also names Apple Pay. Deposit processing is usually quick, although a payment-system problem can cause a delay. Euteller carries a 1.95% fee in the MGA and Danish terms. Swedish rules instead identify fees for SIRU and Zimpler, disclosed before payment.
British casino help now says that payment cards are no longer accepted, although the general British contract still lists Visa and Mastercard. A bank card therefore cannot be treated as a confirmed funding method for a British account. Sweden separately prohibits credit cards and credit-funded payments. Ontario requires any deposit fee to be disclosed before confirmation.
| Currency | Min. deposit | Min. withdrawal |
|---|---|---|
| Pounds or euros | 10 | 20 |
| Swedish or Danish kronor | 100 | 200 |
| Canadian dollars | 10 | 20 |
Currency is tied to the jurisdiction. Swedes can use kronor, euros, pounds and dollars, while Ontario is Canadian dollars only, and any conversion from another currency is at the player’s cost and risk.
Identity can be checked electronically through a third-party service. If that does not establish the required details, a passport, driving licence or another accepted document is needed. An expired document or changed address requires updated information. Payments or play can be stopped until verification is complete; an accepted first deposit does not prove that every check has finished.
The MGA rules allow extra checks when accumulated transactions exceed €2,000; the Danish threshold is DKK20,000. These are not promises of document-free play below those amounts, since checks can happen earlier. Bank statements, employment information and tax documents may establish the source of money. Proof of permission to use a payment card can be requested separately. Sweden’s SEK310,000 threshold concerns large payouts and the withdrawal method, rather than an automatic starting point for identity checks.
Withdrawal processing and fees
Withdrawals normally return to the method used for the deposit. The MGA rules require bank transfer above €30,000; British rules use its equivalent. The Swedish threshold is SEK310,000 and Denmark uses DKK300,000. Large-payment requests go through support. Payment is addressed to the player, and changing bank details can trigger additional checks.
The MGA, British, Danish and Ontario rules target processing within 48 hours after satisfactory documents arrive, without a guarantee. The Swedish contract does not contain that general promise. Casino processing and bank arrival are separate stages. For an approved request, the useful details are its payment reference and dispatch status. For a pending request, the relevant question is which documents remain outstanding.
| Situation | Charge | Example or exception |
|---|---|---|
| Euteller, MGA and Denmark | 1.95% on a deposit | A €100 deposit produces a €1.95 fee. |
| Withdrawal below the minimum | 3.95% through support | On €10, the fee is €0.395 before rounding. Ordinary bank wire has a stated free-withdrawal exception. |
| Repeat withdrawals | MGA and UK: a possible charge within 7 days. Sweden: within 24 hours. | The specific charge is disclosed before confirmation. |
| Ontario: more than one withdrawal in 24 hours | C$2.50 | Ordinary bank wire is exempt. |
| Deposited money not used for wagering | MGA, UK and Ontario: up to 3.95% | One bet does not guarantee exemption from this charge. |
| Ordinary bank wire | No casino charge for the withdrawal itself or number of requests | The receiving bank may charge separately. |
A free bank withdrawal does not remove identity checks or source-of-funds requirements. The Swedish unused-deposit clause has an inconsistency: it states a 3.95% ceiling, then permits a higher or lower amount. That percentage cannot be presented as a guaranteed Swedish maximum. Any charge actually being deducted needs to be clear before a request is confirmed.
Releasing a bonus into cash
A deposit bonus is not paid as one ready-to-use sum. It is released in ten equal parts as the requirements are met. The usual use period is 60 calendar days from activation, although an individual promotion can set a different deadline. General welcome rules also allow 30 days for activation.
Only one deposit bonus can be active. Forfeiting it in My Bonuses stops the remaining instalments, and the promotion cannot be reinstated. Parts already credited remain in the cash balance. A withdrawal before full release also stops further bonus payments. You can take available money out, but doing so sacrifices the reward still waiting to be unlocked.
A reload applies to a later deposit and is activated with a code issued for that particular offer. Its deadline, maximum amount and turnover requirement belong to that promotion. Using the same instalment system does not make all reload offers identical.
| Market | General full-release calculation | Important detail |
|---|---|---|
| MGA | 35 × the qualifying initial deposit | For €20: €700 in qualifying turnover. The first €2 instalment follows €70. |
| Great Britain | 10 × the qualifying initial deposit | The contract example releases a £20 bonus after £200. Its table starts at 1 × deposit, but the general clause still says 3.5 ×. |
| Sweden | 35 × the initial bonus | The welcome bonus is capped at SEK2,000. Its example requires SEK3,500 turnover for SEK100. |
| Denmark | 10 × deposit plus 10 × bonus | DKK1,000 plus a DKK1,000 bonus gives DKK20,000 turnover. The instalment table conflicts with this calculation. |
| Ontario | 35 × the qualifying initial deposit | C$20 requires C$700 in its example. These are provincial account terms. |
For the MGA example, €20 → €700 means accumulated turnover, not a requirement to deposit €700. Original money, any wins and released bonus parts can fund the bets. The balance can run out before completion. If a deposit exceeds the offer ceiling, the qualifying amount used in the calculation is capped at that ceiling.
The British conflict changes when the first instalment is paid; the Danish conflict also changes total turnover. Denmark’s text requires DKK20,000 in the stated example, whereas its table ends at 10 × deposit, or DKK10,000 for a DKK1,000 deposit. Neither the lower turnover nor earlier release can be treated as an unambiguous promise.
A game’s theoretical RTP determines its contribution. At 96%, the whole stake counts; at 95%, 125% counts; at 97%, 75% counts. A 0.01 percentage-point difference changes contribution by 0.25%, within a range of 25% to 175%. A €10 bet at 75% contribution reduces the outstanding target by €7.50. The general MGA and British rules count roulette, blackjack and video poker at only 10%, and progressive jackpots at 0%.
The Danish welcome offer has a separate eligible-game list. It includes Book of Dead, Reactoonz, Gates of Olympus and Starburst; the whole catalogue does not qualify. Eligibility and contribution are different conditions: a high contribution rate is of no use if the selected game is excluded.
The MGA and British single-bet ceiling is the lower of half the bonus and €20 or £20. Ontario uses half the bonus or C$20, while Sweden uses half the bonus or SEK10. For a €20 bonus, half is €10. Ignoring the limit warning can forfeit the remaining bonus. The MGA and British wording also describes an attempted €20 or £20 bet as a breach, so a bet exactly at the upper boundary cannot be treated as unconditionally permitted.
Welcome spins work differently from a deposit bonus. The general MGA and British rules require a first deposit of at least €10 or £10 within 24 hours of registration. The usual activation window is seven days, followed by 24 hours to use the activated spins. They apply to the game specified for the offer. Winnings become available cash after all spins are used or their use period ends. Unused spins expire; winnings already earned remain.
Weekend Booster and its calculation error
Weekend Booster enrolment starts with registration. It counts qualifying cash stakes during the week from Monday 00:00 to Sunday 23:59 GMT, with payment on the following Friday. The general terms set a €0.10 minimum and a €300 daily maximum. An amount below the minimum does not roll over. Payments enter the cash balance without wagering.
The published calculation contains a material error. Its formula, 0.08 × (100 − RTP), gives an extra 0.32% of stakes at 96% RTP. Applied to €500 turnover, that is €1.60. The adjacent example instead promises €16 from the same inputs, a tenfold difference. A fixed €16 cannot be treated as a verified entitlement. This reward follows the promotion’s actual calculation rather than your weekly losses.
One bonus is allowed per household or IP address, and playing bonuses from several accounts leads to frozen funds and closure. Exploiting a software error is named in the terms as illegal activity. A win credited by mistake remains the company’s property, a system failure voids bets, and a game cut off mid-round is returned with the stake and credits earned. Wrongly published odds void the linked bets.
Limits, breaks and self-exclusion
| Market | Decrease | Increase or removal |
|---|---|---|
| MGA and Great Britain | Immediate for wagering, loss and time limits | After seven days. |
| Sweden | Immediate | Deposit limit: after three days. Time limit: next month, never earlier than 72 hours. |
| Denmark | Immediate | After 24 hours under the local contract. |
| Ontario | The contract states a 24-hour wait | After seven days. A lock or self-exclusion provides a separate way to stop play. |
The profile offers deposit, wagering, loss and time limits. Reality checks show the current session result, while a temporary lock stops play for a chosen period. A deposit limit restricts money added; a wagering limit restricts turnover, including possible repeated use of won money. Those are different amounts.
A lock and self-exclusion are different measures. British locks run for up to six weeks; Ontario allows up to three months. They cannot be cancelled before the selected period ends. The MGA rules allow a lock of up to 10,000 days, with a seven-day wait after an unlocking request. Extending the lock takes immediate effect.
MGA self-exclusion options are six months, one, two, three or five years, plus an indefinite option through support. Play and promotional offers stop following the request. Returning after the chosen period requires a separate process followed by a 24-hour pause. During that pause, exclusion can be extended instead. The British reactivation process includes a phone discussion with support.
- Sweden: periods from 24 hours to permanent, Spelpaus recommended.
- Denmark: ROFUS is named.
- Ontario: BetGuard, a shared tool for all operators via iGaming Ontario.
- Great Britain: you can register with GAMSTOP.
GamCare, Gambling Therapy and Gamblers Anonymous provide help with gambling problems. Videoslots also lists BeGambleAware among its support resources. GamBlock and BetBlocker help restrict access to gambling sites on a device. They serve a different purpose from a limit at one casino by covering wider access. Account details should remain inaccessible to children.
Support and complaints
Support is available around the clock through chat, a contact form, phone and email. The general address is [email protected]. Sweden uses [email protected], Denmark [email protected] and Ontario [email protected]. Ontario targets an email reply within 48 hours and a callback within 24 hours. Chat aims for an immediate reply; these targets do not guarantee resolution of the underlying problem.
A complaint benefits from the withdrawal or bet reference, amount, date, status and a brief account of the problem. Keep the complaint and the company’s reply: these distinguish a settlement dispute from a question about processing time. The MGA and British contracts ask for complaints within six months of the event and acknowledgement within 24 hours.
| Market | Internal timeframe | Next step |
|---|---|---|
| MGA | 10 days | Free MADRE review. Up to €5,000, its decision binds the casino with your acceptance; above that, casino acceptance is required. |
| Great Britain | 8 weeks | Free IBAS review. Up to £10,000, its decision binds the casino with your acceptance. |
| Denmark | 14 days | Nævnenes Hus after the final response. |
| Ontario | A written response within 14 business days | Escalation to iGaming Ontario. |
Inactive accounts and closure
Inactivity is measured by logins rather than the absence of bets. Under MGA rules, 12 months without a login brings a €1 monthly fee. Ontario uses C$1. British terms first attempt to return the balance to the last payment method. If that is not possible, they charge £1 monthly after a reminder.
After 30 months, MGA terms provide for payment to the player or transfer to the MGA if the owner cannot be found. Swedish terms name Spelinspektionen, while Ontario allows transfer to iGaming Ontario. These local procedures do not establish one universal rule that money can no longer be reclaimed in every country. Voluntary British account closure is free; accepted bets are settled, and funds are returned after the necessary checks.
Videoslots describes payment security as 256-bit SSL encryption and names VeriSign in its certificate help. Encryption protects data in transit; it does not itself guarantee a withdrawal time or repayment. The privacy policy covers account, payment, gaming and device information. Data can be shared with payment, game, verification and cloud providers, and with group companies supporting the account.
