GBP offer: £40 + 100 spins after £20; PayPal/Paysafe excluded

Grosvenor connects online play with British venues through G1, live roulette streams and poker satellites. The shared wallet does not make every online deposit available for cash collection. Grosvenor Casinos review

Grosvenor combines an online casino, poker room and sportsbook with a network of British casino clubs. Grosvenor One connects the two through a shared wallet. That is useful if you visit a venue as well as play online, but the wallet does not make every deposit available in both places. Money deposited by card or e-wallet cannot simply be collected as cash at a club.

You must live in, and access the service from, the United Kingdom, Republic of Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man or Gibraltar. The permitted territory matters both when opening an account and when playing. The contract does not allow play from Canada, Finland or Russia, even if the website loads. Winnings are not paid when access takes place outside the permitted territories, and using a VPN to get around the location check is prohibited.

The distinctive features are roulette streamed from real casino floors and online satellites into live poker festivals. For someone who only wants slots, the more useful questions are which games count towards the welcome offer, how its cash and bonus balances work, and which payment method receives a withdrawal.

Online slots: Grosvenor Originals and jackpots fed from 0.25% of each stake

The catalogue draws on IGT, Blueprint, Eyecon, Games Global, Novomatic, Light & Wonder, Play’n Go, Pragmatic Play, Push Gaming, G Games, NetEnt, Red Tiger and 4ThePlayer. Beyond classic three-reel games and video slots there are Megaways titles with up to 117,649 ways to win, Slingo, a Drops & Wins collection and themed shelves. One of them carries the telling name In-Club Favourites; others cater to fans of Irish themes and fishing slots.

A separate Grosvenor Originals section holds games made specifically for the brand. It includes Grosvenor Branded Megaways, Grosvenor Casinos Cash Falls, Grosvenor Casinos Hold and Win, Starlight Jackpot, Grosvenor Big Bass Splash, 777 Grosvenor Casino Jackpot King Deluxe and a branded European Roulette. Grosvenor Casinos Blazing 777 2x 3x 5x can pay up to £250,000 on a single spin.

Jackpots work in several ways, and the site openly shows how much of each stake feeds the prize. In local jackpots, part of every spin builds the pot for that one game, which then drops at random. Jackpot King links several slots and takes 1% of the stake into a shared pot; King Jackpots take 0.25% or more. Daily Jackpots must land once a day, while Must-Go pots have to be won before they reach a set figure. There are network prizes too: Mega Moolah, MegaJackpots Cleopatra, Golden Goddess and Siberian Storm. The published table shows contributions from 0.25% to 6%, with Mega Moolah at 5.30%. Your chance of a progressive rises with your stake, and it can only be won in real-money play.

Each game’s return-to-player figure sits behind the cog icon: the Help section holds the paytable and the theoretical RTP. If a game malfunctions in a way that affects payouts, the bets involved are voided, and any win that would not have happened without the fault has to be repaid. For phones there is a casino app on iOS and Android with more than 300 games, live tables and sports betting.

Live roulette streamed straight from seven club gaming floors

Live from Grosvenor is not a studio product. You bet online while a croupier spins the ball at a real table in London’s Victoria club, or in Glasgow, Nottingham, Sheffield, Birmingham, Southampton or Cardiff. Limits depend on the club: usually £0.50 to £1,000, up to £5,000 in Cardiff, and from £0.10 to £10,000 at Victoria. An X-Boost option lets you add a small extra stake to chosen numbers before the spin for a bigger payout.

The second strand is Grosvenor’s exclusive tables, also streamed from British venues. Grosvenor Roulette, with UK dealers, is open at any hour, Exclusive Blackjack runs around the clock, and Grosvenor Gold is pitched as a VIP blackjack experience. Four blackjack tables range from £5–£1,000 up to £25–£2,500. On selected days between 7pm and midnight, VIP hosts and dedicated promotions join the action.

Evolution supplies the rest of the lobby: game shows such as Crazy Time, Monopoly, Deal or No Deal, Dreamcatcher, Mega Wheel and Funky Time with stakes from £0.10 to £500, plus standard dealer tables for roulette, blackjack, baccarat and poker. Live casino also has its own app with HD streams.

From a £1 satellite to the Goliath final table in Coventry

Grosvenor’s online poker covers Texas Hold’em and Omaha across tournaments, cash games and sit’n’gos. More than £1.5m is guaranteed in tournament prize pools every week. On a phone you play through a separate Grosvenor Poker Online Games app for iOS and Android.

The real draw is the bridge to live events. Online satellites feed GUKPT, 25/25, the National Poker League, the UK Open, the Irish Open 2027, the Battle of Malta and Goliath. The brand bills Goliath as the largest live poker tournament outside Las Vegas. It is hosted at Grosvenor Casino Coventry; in 2026 the festival ran from 22 July to 4 August, and the main event cost £160 + £40. The qualifier ladder starts at £1, climbs through £5 and £30 steps, and tops out with live credit worth £200, £300, £500 or £1,250. Goliath drew 1,765 players in 2011 and 14,663 in 2026, with a £2,228,780 prize pool.

Poker loyalty is counted in euros. Every €1 of rake earns 10 Status Points, and those decide your level. Bronze comes from the start, Silver needs 200 points in a month, Gold 1,000 in a month, while Platinum and Diamond need 10,000 and 50,000 points over three months. Higher levels raise your Cash Points multiplier (from 1.0 to 2.0) and your rakeback share. Cash Points that are not converted to cash expire after 12 months.

Live poker has a second app, Grosvenor Poker Live. It finds games near you, saves favourite venues, shows results and gives real-time updates on tournaments and cash games across the country. The poker room at London’s Victoria club runs seven days a week and hosts the annual £100,000 Victoria Championship.

Sport from 10p in the app, or with cash at a club terminal

The sportsbook covers dozens of sports, from football, horse racing and tennis to darts, snooker, golf, basketball, cricket, greyhounds and boxing. There is in-play betting, a Bet Builder and live racing streams marked Watch Live. Each race lists its each-way terms, such as 1/4 for three places or 1/5 for five, and some races carry Extra Places offers. Sport also has its own Grosvenor Sports app.

Read the rules before your first slip. The minimum stake is £0.10. A bet only counts as accepted once it shows in your bet history. Net winnings on any single bet or combination of bets by one customer are capped at €250,000. Cash out works on selected events, can be delayed and is refused if the price moves in the meantime; it never applies to free bets. Bets struck at obviously wrong odds can be voided.

Sports betting is now allowed in every British casino, and Grosvenor has terminals in more than twenty of its clubs, from Blackpool to Swansea. You can bet with cash or ask a staff member to load money onto the terminal. Winnings are paid in cash only: you take the ticket to the cash desk. Venues show Sky Sports, TNT, Premier Sports and the big pay-per-view fights, and Leicester now has a dedicated sports betting lounge.

ID at the door, smart casual, and a 24-hour flagship on Edgware Road

Grosvenor’s land-based estate is about 50 casinos, which Rank puts at roughly 45% of all casinos in the UK (the country has 110). Entry is 18+, and under Think 25 anyone who looks younger than 25 is asked for ID. On the first visit you need a driving licence or other official ID; reception signs you up as a new member, and after that you can drop in any time. The dress code is smart casual. Long trousers beat shorts, though a team shirt is fine on match days.

Getting started costs little. Electronic roulette in the clubs starts at 10p a bet, and every live table has a sign with its minimum. Staff explain the games and run how-to-play sessions, and there are set-price packages for a first try of everything. Besides roulette, blackjack and baccarat, the floors have slots, poker cash games and tournaments, and many clubs have a restaurant and bar.

The flagship, London’s Victoria club at 150–162 Edgware Road, is open 24 hours, tables included. After a £15m refurbishment it has around 80 slot machines. In the 2025/26 financial year Rank added 850 new gaming machines across nearly 40 clubs, and the tables gained Grosvenor Aces, a progressive side bet developed in-house.

The welcome offer: £40 and 100 spins after a first £20 deposit

This is a specific offer in pounds for a new customer who can see it in the account’s Promos section. Select it in the cashier before making the first deposit; the selected offer turns purple. A deposit of at least £20 adds £40 to the bonus balance. PayPal and Paysafe are excluded as first-deposit methods for this promotion, even though both are supported by the regular cashier. Claiming it also removes eligibility for other welcome offers.

Condition Cash bonus Free spins
Reward £40 in the bonus balance 100 Big Bass Splash spins worth £0.10 each
Wagering 10 × (£20 deposit + £40 bonus) = £600 10 × the spin winnings, on Big Bass Splash only
Time allowed 30 days from bonus credit 24 hours after launching the game to select Play Now; then 7 days to use spins and a separate 7 days to wager the winnings
Maximum conversion to cash £200 under the detailed offer rules £100; any excess is forfeited
Early withdrawal Unfinished bonus funds and associated winnings are forfeited Unused spins and unfinished bonus winnings are forfeited

The £600 target is qualifying betting turnover, not a requirement to win £600 or deposit another £600. Losses while working through that target can use up the available balance. Additional deposits spent on eligible games also count. The £60 available after the minimum deposit is made up of your £20 and £40 of restricted bonus funds; it is not £60 you can immediately withdraw.

Cash is spent first. When a stake contains both cash and bonus funds, its winnings are divided in the same proportions. A hypothetical £2 stake made from £1 cash and £1 bonus would split a £10 win into £5 on each balance. This illustrates the accounting, not a likely outcome. You can withdraw available cash before completing the target, but doing so forfeits the unfinished bonus portion.

The offer names 18 eligible games. These include Fishin Frenzy Big Catch Megaways, Zeus vs Hades — Gods of War, Wanted Dead or a Wild, Pirots 3, Buffalo King Megaways, Chaos Crew 3, Le Zeus and Big Bass Splash. A separate contribution table says slots count at 100%, jackpot games at 50%, and live casino and game shows at 10%. The two clauses do not fit neatly together: one restricts the bonus to the named games, while the other includes wider categories. Being in the main casino catalogue is not enough to qualify a game for this offer.

A £600 target with a 50% contribution would require £1,200 in actual qualifying stakes. At 10%, it would require £6,000. Those figures explain the contribution table; they do not establish that any roulette table or jackpot is eligible for the welcome offer. Minimal-risk play, such as covering both red and black in roulette, does not count and can result in the bonus and its winnings being removed.

The published cash-conversion limits also differ. The general promotions page advertises a £2,000 cap, but clause 18 of this offer’s detailed terms sets the maximum conversion from the cash bonus at £200. The smaller figure is the sensible basis for assessing this offer. The £100 cap on spin winnings is a separate limit and does not raise the cash bonus cap.

Launch Big Bass Splash and select Play Now within the activation window to receive the spins. In that game, they are used before your cash balance. If they produce £8, for example, the wagering target on those winnings is £80. The combined £10 face value of the 100 spins cannot be exchanged for cash. The terms allow up to 72 hours to credit winnings when there is a technical or operational delay.

One account for the website and the club cash desk: Grosvenor One, the online cashier and checks

Cash, chips and TITO tickets at the club cash desk

Under its terms, Grosvenor One is a joint website and in-club account: one wallet, one per person. A newcomer picks New Member when signing up and collects a Grosvenor One card on their next trip to a local club. Anyone who already has a club card enters its number and fills in the rest. In return the brand promises fast-track entry, instant access to your funds in the venue, transfers between club and website, and the option to set your own limits.

At a club cash desk you can fund the account with cash, your own debit card, chips, gaming plaques, verified winners’ cheques and TITO tickets from machines, with a £5 minimum. Transfers go in whole pounds only and are confirmed with your PIN, either at the cash desk or at a gaming machine. Money won in a club is checked before it can be used online, which takes up to 24 hours. Cash withdrawals are capped by the club’s operational limit and your customer status, and you may be asked for ID. Larger sums are arranged through customer services and become available within 48 hours of the security checks. A bank transfer out of Grosvenor One must go to an account in your name held in the UK, Ireland or Gibraltar.

The shared wallet does not remove payment restrictions. A debit-card or e-wallet deposit into G1 cannot be accessed or withdrawn in a club. An online PayPal payment and a cash collection at a venue therefore follow different routes. The G1 terms also reserve the right to restrict in-club withdrawals of card deposits made through the website.

Fees depend on the route too. Clause 13 of the general online terms promises no operator withdrawal fee. The G1 terms retain a right to charge up to £5 for a bank-transfer withdrawal and say that the G1 document takes priority where conditions conflict. A blanket promise that every shared-wallet withdrawal is free would be misleading. For a first regular online bank transfer, the terms require a statement showing your name, address, sort code and account number. The G1 document separately requires proof of identity for the first transfer.

Legally, the clubs are run by three companies: Grosvenor Casinos Limited, Grosvenor Casinos (GC) Limited and The Gaming Group Limited. The website and apps belong to a fourth, Rank Interactive (Gibraltar) Limited. You can close Grosvenor One through customer services; the balance is returned once open bets settle, minus any bonus sums whose conditions were not met.

The online cashier: fast withdrawals and returning money to the deposit method

Method Min. deposit Withdrawals Min. withdrawal
Visa (debit) £5 yes £5
Mastercard (debit) £5 yes £5
Apple Pay £5 yes not stated
Instant bank transfer £5 yes £5
PayPal £10 yes £5
Paysafecard £10 no —

Online, the account runs in pounds or euros. Credit cards and American Express cards are refused, including through Apple Pay. A card or wallet must be in the account holder’s name; a mismatch can get the account suspended and trigger requests for more documents. The regular online withdrawal rule carries no operator fee; bank and payment-provider charges remain yours. The separate G1 fee is explained above. The payment table shows pound-account minimums. The official cashier also supports euro accounts with the same numerical thresholds of 5 and 10.

Money goes back out the way it came in. You can only remove a payment method from your profile once your net deposit across all methods is zero or less. A withdrawal is processed when deposits have cleared, checks are complete and no investigation is open on the account. Most payouts are processed instantly and reach the bank within 15 minutes. If your card’s bank does not support fast payouts, allow one to three working days.

With multiple payment methods, the cashier pays the method with the highest net deposits: total deposits minus withdrawals already received through that method. Suppose you deposited £100 by card and £60 through PayPal, then withdrew £40 to the card. Both methods have £60 in net deposits. The public rule does not identify a priority when the totals are equal, so you cannot assume the money will go to whichever wallet you prefer. A lost or cancelled card needs evidence and security checks before it can be removed.

Paysafecard cannot receive withdrawals. Moving funds to another registered refundable method may require additional identity checks. The advertised 15-minute payment time does not include a wait for documents or an account investigation: the withdrawal first has to be cleared for processing.

For other offers, the general terms give a bonus 30 days from credit when the promotion does not set its own period. Several active bonuses can have their wagering targets or expiry requirements combined. For G1, the individual promotion determines whether a reward works in a club, online or in both places. Regular online bonuses are used on the website and its apps.

When they ask for a passport, and when for three months of statements

Sign-up asks for your name, address, date of birth, country of residence, email and phone number. The operator then checks your age, identity, address, location, financial circumstances and where your money comes from. That can mean a passport, full driving licence, national identity card, marriage or civil partnership certificate, a utility bill from the last three months, a bank statement or a photo of you holding your passport. Until the initial checks are done you cannot withdraw and the account is restricted; if requested documents do not arrive, the operator may close the account. Anyone found to be under 18 has their bets voided and deposits returned.

A second check is about affordability: Grosvenor makes sure people spend only what they can comfortably afford. What you are asked for depends on where the money comes from:

  • employment — three months of payslips and bank statements, or a P60 for the latest tax year; self-employed players send a self-assessment return;
  • savings — statements for the savings account plus evidence of how the savings were built up;
  • gambling winnings — a statement from the operator showing the win and a bank statement showing that withdrawal and the deposit into Grosvenor;
  • pension — official pension letters or slips and the related bank statements.

You can share the information through Open Banking, an FCA-regulated app that passes on bank data in real time. The second route is a secure upload portal, and the third is help over live chat. Scans and photos must cover three months, be fully legible, show your name and address and have no edges cut off.

A club self-exclusion does not lock the website on its own

On the website, two money limits are available. A net deposit limit counts deposits minus withdrawals, while a gross deposit limit counts deposits only. Both run on a rolling day, week or month and are set from the cashier or the safer gambling menu. Reminders of time spent playing can be set anywhere from every 15 minutes to once an hour, and you have to confirm them to carry on.

Take a Break locks the account for 24 hours up to 6 weeks, with no early unlock. Self-exclusion runs from 6 months to 5 years, applies to every Rank Group website at once and stops marketing messages. The account cannot be reopened for any reason before the period ends, and afterwards you have to contact the safer gambling team yourself. Grosvenor is part of GAMSTOP, but a national exclusion may take a few days to take effect on the site. Winnings from a payment method the operator reasonably believes belongs to a self-excluded person are not paid out.

Clubs have their own tools. Every Grosvenor gaming machine lets you set time and spend limits, the cash desk can cap how much you withdraw, and raising that cap means a conversation with the manager first. Through the SENSE scheme you can exclude yourself from every casino in the UK at once, and that ban cannot be lifted for at least six months. The main trap sits between the channels: excluding yourself from a club does not, by itself, cover the website, so it has to be arranged separately. A request made through Grosvenor One can cover the clubs, the websites or both, and takes up to 72 hours to process.

Round the clock, the safer gambling team answers on 0800 316 3488. The site also points to GamCare, on 0808 8020 133, and to Rank’s own safer gambling hub, Keep it Fun.

Who holds the licences, and where a complaint goes after eight weeks

The website is run by Rank Interactive (Gibraltar) Limited, company number 120385, of Icom House, 1/5 Irish Town, Gibraltar. British players are served under Gambling Commission licence 057924-R-334666-006 (account 57924), which covers remote casino, bingo, betting on real and virtual events and gambling software. The regulator’s register lists grosvenorcasinos.com as an active domain and records no sanctions against this licensee. Customers outside Great Britain are served under Gibraltar licences RGL 133 (bookmaker) and RGL 134 (gaming operator). The land-based casinos hold their own British licences: 614, 33465 and 34161.

There is a recent regulatory story around the clubs. In July 2026 Rank said that, after preliminary findings from the Commission’s review of Grosvenor Casinos Limited’s licence, it had proposed paying £5.0m in place of a financial penalty. The case concerns historical compliance failings in the venues business. In response the company tightened controls on higher-risk customers, source-of-funds checks and safer gambling measures. The review concerned the land-based company’s licence, not the online operator’s.

Player funds carry the medium level of protection on the British scale: money at least equal to all active balances sits in a designated bank account kept apart from business accounts, but there is no absolute guarantee of repayment if the company becomes insolvent. Rank Group itself traces back to 1937, when J Arthur Rank brought his film interests together, and it joined the FTSE 250 in May 2025. On its homepage Grosvenor claims more than 50 years in the gambling business.

Support for the website runs 24/7 through the help centre and live chat, and [email protected] takes email. Complaints go to 0800 083 1990, to [email protected] (for clubs, [email protected]), by post to Maidenhead or through the help centre; social media complaints are not handled.

Receipt is confirmed within 24 hours, the team aims to reply within 10 working days, and the outer limit is the 8 weeks the regulator allows. In a club the route has two stages, the general manager and then the regional director, each with 10 working days to decide.

If a dispute over a bet is still open, British players can go to IBAS free of charge, and everyone else to the Gibraltar Gambling Commissioner. The terms exist only in English and are governed by the law of England and Wales.

How the venues and online business have developed

In Grosvenor’s clubs the money comes mostly from live tables; on the website it comes from slots. In the year to 30 June 2026, roulette, blackjack and baccarat brought in £175m of the £397.3m the casino estate made. Grosvenor online earned more than four times less, £94.6m, and 58% of that came from slots. The fastest-growing part of digital is live casino, up 22% on the year.

Providers

FAQ

What if I forget the PIN for my Grosvenor One card?

Contact G1 customer services on 0800 083 1990, through live chat or at [email protected]. The PIN validates wallet transactions and should not be shared. Report a lost card or suspected access by someone else immediately.

What happens to my bet if my connection drops during live roulette?

The round plays out based on your last action and any winnings are credited. A slot carries on server-side and credits wins too, while in an RNG table game you rejoin at the next action phase; if you dropped out while results were being settled, the winnings are credited.

Do I need a new account after changing my name or replacing a card?

No. Update the existing account in My Account or through customer services. A lost, stolen or reissued payment card must also be reported. A second account for the same brand is not allowed. A marriage certificate, civil-partnership certificate or legal name-change document may be requested to confirm a change of name.

What happens to my balance if I don't log in for a year?

After 12 months without a login the account is classed as dormant, with at least 30 days' notice beforehand. The money keeps the same protection as an active balance, and nothing is deducted for inactivity.

Where can I see my full transaction history if I only play on my phone?

On mobile, the Account menu shows a basic history only. The detailed version needs a PC or laptop, since not every desktop feature is available on mobile. To find a nearby club in the app, go to Menu and then Local Casinos.

How long do I have to complain about a game malfunction?

Technical problems with a game must be reported within 7 days. Other complaints can be raised up to six months after the incident, though the terms ask you to get in touch as soon as possible.
